Ordering and delivery
If you place your order on a business day before 4:30 PM, it will be shipped the same day (excluding holidays).
Once your package has been sorted by the carrier at the sorting center, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the track and trace code you can use to track your package.
*Please note! During sales and the holidays, delivery of your package may take longer than you're used to. As soon as your package has been sorted by the carrier, you will receive the track and trace information by email. Please keep an eye on this email for the latest information about your package.
Once your order has been placed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change or cancel it.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a track & trace code. From the moment your package is handed over to the carrier, you can track it using this code.
If the amount has been debited from your account, the email might have ended up in your spam folder. Always check this first! If you can't find it there either, we'll be happy to look into it for you. Send an email with a screenshot of your payment and a description to info@twochiq.com. We'll respond as soon as possible!

Returns
You always have a 14-day reflection period after receiving your order.
Please send an email to retour@twochiq.com with your order number and specify which items you wish to return.
You will then receive by email:
• The return address
• The return label
• The exact return rate
Pack the items carefully, preferably in the original packaging.
Make sure that:
• Make sure the items are neat and well protected
• The completed return form has been added
The cost of the return label will be automatically deducted from the refund amount, so you won't have to pay anything separately.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount (minus the return costs) within 14 days using the same payment method you used for your order.
You are responsible for the return shipment until we receive it. Therefore, always keep your proof of shipment.
Want a different size? Return the original item and then place a new order through the webshop. This way, you'll receive your desired item faster and we can process your return more quickly.
We only accept returns when:
- The item is unworn, unwashed and undamaged
- All labels and tags are still attached
- There are no visible signs of make-up, perfume or other signs of use
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
- Within the Netherlands: €6.95
- From other European countries: usually between €10.00 and €30.00 , depending on the country and carrier
After your return request, you will receive the exact return rate and the return label by email.
