At TwoChiq, we do everything we can to make you happy with your purchase. Not satisfied or need a different size? No problem! You always have a 14-day return policy after receiving your order.
Return
Do you want to return an item? Then follow these steps:
1. Register your return
Send an email to retour@twochiq.com with your order number and specify which items you wish to return.
We will then send you an email:

The return label

The exact return fare (see below)
2. Pack your items carefully.
Pack the items carefully, preferably in the original packaging, make sure everything is neat and well protected, and include the completed return form that came with your order.
3. Ship the package
We will send you the return address. Don't forget to keep your proof of postage safe. You are responsible for the shipment until we receive it.
Trading
Would you like a different size? If so, please return the original item and place a new order via our webshop. This way you will receive the desired item faster and we can process your return more quickly.
Return policy
We will only accept returns if the following conditions are met:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All labels and tags are still attached.
- Trying on items is of course allowed, but please be careful with make-up, perfume or other signs of use.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
- Please note: materials such as wool, acrylic, viscose or polyester may pill during wear. This is a characteristic of the fabric and not a quality defect; therefore, we do not offer a guarantee for this.

Buttons are delicate components and can come loose through normal wear and tear. Therefore, we include an extra button with almost every garment. The loosening of buttons is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by our warranty.
Return costs
Return costs within the Netherlands are €6.95. For returns from other European countries, the costs are usually between €10.00 and €30.00, depending on the country and carrier. As soon as you request a return, you will receive the return label and the exact return rate by email.
The cost of the return label will be automatically deducted from the amount we refund. You therefore do not need to pay separately for the return shipment.
Refund
Once we have received and checked your return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount (minus the return costs) within 14 days via the same payment method you used for your order.
