General terms and conditions

1. General

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the TwoChiq webshop, located at Landingsweg 9A, 5482 TA, Schijndel.

By placing an order through our webshop, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.

TwoChiq reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The amended terms and conditions will apply as soon as they are published on the website.

A valid agreement is formed through electronic communication. The absence of a signature does not affect this.

2. Offer and prices

All prices shown are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

Offers are valid during the stated promotional period and while supplies last.

TwoChiq makes every effort to display prices and product information correctly, but is not liable for obvious typing or typesetting errors.

Obvious errors in price listings can also be corrected after an agreement has been reached.

Prices and offers are subject to change at any time. The price at the time of ordering is binding for the purchase in question.

3. Payment

The customer must pay for orders in full in advance via the available payment methods, including iDEAL, credit card, Klarna (pay later), PayPal, and other payment options as listed on the payment page.

By choosing to pay later with Klarna, the customer enters into an agreement with Klarna. TwoChiq is not liable for the processing of the payment via Klarna. Once the payment (or Klarna approval) has been received or confirmed, the order will be processed.

The product remains the property of TwoChiq until it has been fully paid for.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We do our best to ship orders as soon as possible after payment, usually within 1–3 business days.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery takes place at the address specified by the buyer. The risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery.

If delivery is delayed or a product is temporarily out of stock, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

The customer has the right to revoke the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason (cooling-off period).

After exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer has another 14 days to return the product.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised correctly, TwoChiq will refund the purchase price within 14 days.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Returns will only be accepted if the product is unworn, undamaged, and, if reasonably possible, returned in its original packaging.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are excluded from return due to hygiene or custom-made reasons.

6. Liability and warranty

TwoChiq is not liable for indirect damage or consequential damage, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

In all cases, TwoChiq's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Color variations may occur due to screen settings. No rights can be derived from this.

No guarantee is given in the case of:

• normal wear and tear;

• damage caused by improper use;

• repairs without the permission of TwoChiq;

• the lack of an original invoice.

Legal warranty provisions remain in effect.

7. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure, the obligation to deliver is suspended or voided. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, disruptions, strikes, fire, force majeure on the part of suppliers, and failure of telecommunication or internet connections.

8. Complaints

Complaints about products or services must be reported as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the defect has been discovered, by email to info@twochiq.com.

TwoChiq will process complaints within 14 days of receipt at the latest and will strive for a suitable solution.

9. Personal data

TwoChiq processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws (such as the GDPR) and its privacy policy.

The buyer can always request access to their personal data, and request corrections or deletion via info@twochiq.com.
